Why is PhonePe showing an error "unable to proceed"?

If you’re facing this error while Login PhonePe Account then the below reason can be one of your error issues.

  1. Check your mobile date and time must be Automatic time Zone marked.
  2. The mobile phone must not be rooted.
  3. Wrong OTP.
  4. PhonePe App permissions should be enabled.
  5. Try once to force close (quit) application from Mobile Setting > Apps > PhonePe > Force Close.
  6. PhonePe Version Should be Updated.
  7. Keep updating…..
