You have to unblock uTorrent EXE.
1- Right-click on the uTorrent.exe,
- Go to Properties
- Click on 'Unblock'
- Then click "OK".
2- Right-click uTorrent.exe
- Run as Administrator.
- You should now able to install the software without any issues.
